•Responsible for organization restructuring, including consolidation of volunteers and paid personnel under one manager, reassessment of standard operating policies and procedures, and development of a cohesive training plan and implementation strategy.  During this time the New York State Department of Health gave Brighton Volunteer Ambulance a perfect score as a result of their audit of our operations.
•Developed an investment strategy and plan with Merrill Lynch to effectively manage a $1,000,000 portfolio supporting future objectives and growth.

•Interact with Merrill Lynch to manage $400,000 investment portfolio
•Manage purchasing, budgeting and planning in all five divisions

•Interact with all levels of public safety agencies
•Set policy, procedure, and goals for activities in five divisions
•Administer Windows NT4 network servers and 95/ME/2000 clients
•Maintain computer and radio equipment utilized for critical communications
•Supervise personnel and manage employee records
